After Sales Services
Bipol offers high-quality after-sales service, including on-site repairs, equipment loans during the downtime of your equipment (subject to availability), and customised quotes based on the specific work required.
Contact us to explain your issue (e.g., breakdown, damage, etc.), then request your return number, which will be sent to you via email.
Return the complete product in its original packaging with all accessories. Our team will carefully inspect the equipment on-site.
A quote will be provided after the equipment inspection. The repair cost is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of the damage and the work required.
