Warranty - 12 months

Our company guarantees its post equipment, endoscopes and video endoscopes for a period of 12 months. It includes in particular:

  • Repair or replacement of the product in the event of a proven defect.
  • Technical support in the event of a malfunction linked to a design defect.
Extension 24 months

BIPOL offers an extended warranty on certain products which extends the standard 12 month warranty for an additional 12 months, bringing the total coverage to 24 months from the date of purchase. The extended warranty covers:

  • All the guarantees of the 12 month formula.
  • Extension of your benefits for a period of 2 years.
Preventive Maintenance Contract
New

For certain models of video endoscopes, we offer a multi-year preventive maintenance contract.

  • Free complete overhaul of your equipment (including accessories and batteries).
  • Inspection of the condition of the probe, optics and support.
  • Software update.
  • Monitoring the status of your equipment.

After Sales Services

Bipol offers high-quality after-sales service, including on-site repairs, equipment loans during the downtime of your equipment (subject to availability), and customised quotes based on the specific work required.
